My Goals

   I have a goals to do about creating 30-day challenges. My first goal is 'Use stairs as much as I can' there are some steps to do. Step 1 is remind myself about that I need to use stair. Step 2 is going with roommates will be more fun to use stairs. Step 3 is think about my goal that  I need to do.
[mmmg] sophie‘s tomo    My second goal is 'write dairy' Step 1 is think about what did I do today. Step 2 is don't eat snacks until I finish writing my dairy. If I think about my steps I could achieve my 30-day goals.
